macOS first launch. The build is not notarized yet, so macOS will warn on first open. Right-click the app → Open → Open. You only do this once. macOS will also ask for Screen Recording (to hear the call) and Microphone permissions.
Windows. Unzip the download, then run AcePilot.exe from the extracted folder. SmartScreen may show "Windows protected your PC" — click More info → Run anyway. This happens because the build is new, not because anything is wrong with it.
