An interview is not a knowledge test. It is a recall test under stress.

01

The blank four seconds

You have the story. It arrives forty seconds after the interviewer has already moved on.

02

No structure, no credit

Right answer, wrong shape. Rubrics score structure and evidence, not effort.

03

One shot, no replay

Six weeks of preparation collapse into forty-five minutes you cannot retake.

How it works

Three minutes to set up. Then it stays out of your way.

1

Give it the role

Drop in the job description and your resume. AcePilot learns the vocabulary of the team, the stack, and the projects you can actually claim.

2

Arm it before you join

One keystroke starts the copilot. No bot joins the call, no participant is added, nothing appears in your window switcher.

3

Answer in your own words

You get the shape of the answer, not a script to read: the point, the evidence, the number. You keep eye contact and stay yourself.

Invisible by design

Not a browser tab. Not a window. Not a second participant.

AcePilot renders above the compositor and marks itself excluded from capture. Screen share, recording, and window enumeration all see the desktop behind it.

Built like a desktop tool

Four things a browser tab cannot do.

Mouse-free

One keystroke, no cursor

Ask for a fresh answer without moving the mouse. Nothing to click, nothing for a proctor to watch you click.

Coding rounds

It reads the editor too

Audio alone loses half a coding round. AcePilot follows the shared editor as the problem changes under you.

Coverage

Tuned per round, not one generic assistant.

Each mode changes what AcePilot listens for and how the answer is shaped.

Technical

Coding & DSA

Working solution, complexity, and the sentence that explains why you chose it. Reads the shared editor, not just the audio.

Technical

System design

Constraints first, then the component walk, then the failure modes interviewers are waiting for you to raise unprompted.

Behavioral

STAR stories

Pulls the right project from your own resume and puts a number on the result, so the story lands as evidence.

Commercial

Sales & discovery

Qualification frameworks, objection handling, and the pipeline numbers you should be quoting from memory.

Commercial

Case & consulting

Structures the problem out loud, keeps the maths visible, and holds you to a recommendation at the end.

Product

Product sense

User, problem, trade-off, metric. Catches the moment the interviewer changes the constraint mid-question.

Why not just use a chatbot

The difference shows up in the four seconds you have.

Objections

The questions people actually ask before signing up.

Something not covered here? Email us and a person answers, usually within the hour.

Can the interviewer tell?

Not from your screen. AcePilot is excluded from screen capture and window enumeration, and no bot joins the call. What is visible is you looking at your own monitor, which is what everyone does. What we cannot control is how you use it: reading a paragraph aloud sounds like reading a paragraph aloud. The overlay is built to give you structure you can speak in your own words, which is why answers are shaped as beats rather than scripts.

Is this cheating?

Our position: interviews test recall under pressure, and pressure is not the skill anyone is hiring for. AcePilot works from your resume and your projects, so what it surfaces is your own experience, structured. It will not invent a job you did not have. Many employers publish rules for their process, and some prohibit outside assistance — read them and decide for yourself. We would rather say that plainly than pretend the question does not exist.

What happens to my transcripts?

Audio is processed in the moment and never stored. Transcripts are encrypted in transit, kept for 24 hours so you can read your debrief, then deleted. Nothing is used to train models. You can wipe everything from settings at any time and the deletion is immediate, not queued.

Does it work for coding rounds?

Yes. Coding mode reads the shared editor as well as the audio, so it follows the problem as it evolves and tracks the constraints the interviewer adds mid-question. You get a working approach, the complexity, and the trade-off sentence to say out loud before you type.

Which platforms and languages?

Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Webex, HackerRank, CoderPad, and ordinary phone calls on speaker. macOS 13 and later, Windows 10 and later. Forty-plus languages, and it handles accented English well because that is what most of our users are speaking.

Is lifetime actually lifetime?

One payment of $117 (₹9,999 in India), no renewal, and every model and feature update as it ships — including the ones we have not built yet. It covers the whole product for as long as AcePilot exists, on the machine you are interviewing on — your licence follows your account between devices. There is no usage cap and no fair-use clause waiting to throttle you in round four. If you are only interviewing this month, the $25 plan is genuinely the cheaper answer and we would rather you took it.

Your next interview is already scheduled

Walk in knowing you will not go blank.

Three minutes to set up. One payment of $117 covers every interview you will ever sit — or $25 for the single month you need it. ₹1,999 / ₹9,999 in India.
